It will now be much easier for Polish nationals to visit the US.  If visits are for up to ninety days B1/B2 visit visa applicants can apply under the Electronic System for Travel Authorization ESTA.  This is usually a very fast process and there is no requirement to attend at the US Embassy for an appointment.  President Donald Trump has mentioned including Poland in the list of visa waiver Countries a number of times

As many people will know already the availability of Restricted Certificates of Sponsorship CoSs for employers with a Tier 2 Sponsor Licence remains good.  Restricted CoSs are mainly used by employers who wish to employ Tier 2 visa applicants who are resident outside the UK.  It is also needed to employ those who are switching from a Tier 4 Dependent visa to a Tier 2 visa.

A whistleblower letter has accused Indian IT firm, Infosys of accounting irregularities, including the withholding of full US H1B and L1 visa costs to make profit margins look bigger.

Sanwar Ali comment:

Whatever the truth may be about this case, there has been so much bad publicity relating to US visa enforcement that people are willing to believe negative stories about the US visa authorities even if untrue.  There are allegations that the British family were treated badly.  There are actually much worse allegations about the way that migrants are treated in camps near the US and Mexico border.
