The US visa system is very much out of date with for example non-immigrant I-129 work visa petitions having to be sent in bundles and in duplicate to the USCIS service centers in the US.  Applications cannot be submitted via email.   In addition payment of Government fees have to be via check or money order.

Granting more time for applicants to obtain necessary information and documentation to respond to USCIS the US Government visa agency is very important. Under Trump, especially, it is more likely that following submission additional enquiries will be made by USCIS.

Migration Watch UK is known for taking an anti-immigration view on UK visa policy.  Certain reports that they have published have been very misleading.  Banning entry to people over 50 years of age due to
