Hello and welcome to workpermit.com’s video news for 9 October 2017.  I’m Sanwar Ali We have recently run several stories relating to UK visas, including a story on how a Japanese lady who had the right to remain in the UK was threatened with prison by the Home Office.  Continuing good news with Tier 2 Certificates of Sponsorship allocation figures for September/October which show good availability. A Palestinian scholarship student's Tier 4 UK visa may expire due to delays from the Israeli government, UK Visas and Immigration staff have been banned from wearing stubble a work.
We have recently run several stories relating to US E2 visas, and Irish and UK visas . These include advice on how to switch from an E2 visa to a Green Card, and how to gain an E2 visa by first getting Grenadian citizenship, as well as the strange phenomenon of anti-immigrant group Britain First trying to recruit... immigrants.
We hope that after the UK General Election and a Hung Parliament that the new Government will consider human rights more than has been the case in the past. The Home Office have tried to do things at times without considering human rights. With a strong opposition it is hoped that this will not continue (assuming that there is a new Conservative Government).
