English Language schools have won an important High Court Victory which means that the current restrictions which do not allow entry on a Tier 4 visa to study English if you have beginners English will have to end. UK Immigration has confirmed that the interim limit on Tier 1 (General) visas will start on 19 July 2010 (previously it was thought to be 16 July 2010).
