As expected, it seems that there will be an expansion of the Tier 2 Sponsor Licence and Tier 2 visa system in 2021.  Unless there is a delay in the Brexit transitional period more employers will need a Sponsor Licence in 2021.  In fact, the Government is encouraging more employers to apply under the Tier 2 Sponsor Licence system.

Whatever the truth may be about the bullying allegations, there is a very serious problem with the way that UK immigration policy is being implemented.  Whose fault is this?   The Government?  Civil Servants?  Both?

There are numerous criticisms of the new UK visa points based system due to be implemented from 1 January 2021.  If low skilled workers are not allowed into the Country under the new system, this is likely to mean serious skills shortages. 

This is perhaps not so surprising.  Since the EU Referendum results were announced about three and half years ago the UK has become a less attractive destination for some.  If the transitional period really does end at the end of this year, from 2021 British citizens will no longer benefit from free movement in the European Union.  This

There are numerous examples where secrecy makes it easier to cover up bad behaviour and dishonesty.  It is far too easy for public bodies to refuse to answer embarrassing questions.
